The culturing process enhances the sweetness of the butter and brings out a subtle tanginess. Once properly cultured, the cream is churned in small batches typically longer than traditional butters. Higher butterfat content intensifies the cultured butter flavor and less moisture helps this butter perform superbly in cooking and baking.
